Sannacore is a Boston roofing contractor led by founder and licensed construction supervisor Denis Tchernov. For more than two decades the company has specialized in low-slope roofs: the tired rubber and tar roofs on Dorchester and Somerville triple-deckers, the membrane roofs on Back Bay and South End brownstones, and the wide decks of apartment blocks and warehouses from Quincy to Wellesley.
Every project begins with a real inspection, often by drone, and a written proposal that spells out the membrane, insulation, flashing details and any drainage corrections. Boston flat roofs fail at the edges, around chimneys and wherever water sits after a thaw, so that is where we spend our attention. Free estimates, financing and credit cards are all available.
Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration, a Construction Supervisor license held by Denis Tchernov, Rhode Island certification, GAF certified contractor status and BBB accreditation.
